Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Crew to support wedding and event installations. You will prepare, pack, and organize decorations and equipment at the studio, and travel to venues as required.

This full-time role involves a 44-hour work week, 4-day schedules around events, weekend work, and transport claims. A driving licence is a plus but not mandatory; company transport is provided for venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in event setup, logistics, warehousing or related hands-on role preferred.
• Able to work weekends and flexible event hours.
• Able to travel to wedding and event venues (transport arrangement provided).
• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence is an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack and organise decorations, equipment and event materials in the studio.
• Conduct stock counts and ensure items are prepared before each event.
• Maintain inventory records and storage of materials.
• Source and replenish decorations and other event supplies.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Assist with installation of backdrops, frames and floral structures.
• Support styling team with onsite venue setup.
• Dismantle and pack equipment after events.
• Ensure materials are accounted for after each event.
• Maintain studio and storage area cleanliness and organisation.
