Job summary

KAFVE COFFEE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Event Barista & Operations Executive for part-time events across Singapore. You will help run specialty coffee bars at client sites, handle logistics, and engage with attendees to create meaningful coffee experiences.

Candidates with a keen learning attitude, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/PH) will fit well. Ownership of duties and teamwork are valued in our fast-paced event environments.

Qualifications

• Barista experience in cafe/restaurant operations is advantageous
• Keen attitude towards learning is required
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Able to work independently and under pressure

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Ensure smooth operations of Specialty Coffee Bar services at events and clients' offices, including logistics, stock inventory, manpower and all other related matters, are completed on a daily schedule
• Work with different stakeholders and vendors to ensure business growth and operations
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment following organization and sanitation regulations
• Carry out all duties dutifully
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Candidates with barista experience in cafe / restaurant operations will be advantageous
• Barista experience is not a necessary but a keen attitude towards learning is required
• Able to work on weekends & PH, Eves of PH
• Team player
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and love to meet people
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Positive thinking
