Job summary

The Brooklyn Bar Singapore is seeking an experienced part-time Chef/Cook to join our kitchen in the CBD/City Area of Singapore. The role involves cooking to our menu, maintaining quality, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service.

Shifts are discussed and can be flexible; opening hours are 4 PM to 11 PM from Tuesday to Saturday. A one-day paid trial will be followed by S$15 per hour, with the trial paid at S$12 per hour.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional cooking experience is required.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent portions and quality.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to our menu, recipes and presentation standards.
• Organise preparation and service to deliver consistent food quality.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and follow food safety practices.
• Assist with stock checks and communicate ingredient requirements.
• Work cooperatively with the team during service and closing.
