Job summary

PRECISION PREP GROUP PTE. LTD. is building a cloud kitchen in Singapore and seeking a hands-on chef for a twice-weekly, part-time role. You will follow recipes and production specs to prepare meals accurately.

Shifts are Wednesdays and Sundays, about 10 hours each, at S$18/hour, with a paid trial shift before starting. Location will be within Singapore and confirmed before your trial.

Qualifications

• Genuine hands-on commercial kitchen experience in a high-volume/production kitchen.
• Comfortable learning new recipes and cuisines quickly due to rotating menu.
• Able to follow precise portions and specifications, not improvising.
• Holds WSQ Food Safety certification or willing to obtain before start.
• Reliable and able to commit to both shifts weekly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a rotating menu spanning multiple cuisines.
• Cook, weigh, and portion meals to client specifications.
• Pack and label meals for scheduled dispatch.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work efficiently within a fixed shift window to meet dispatch schedule.
