Brooklyn Bar on Ann Siang Road in Singapore is seeking an experienced part-time Chef / Cook to ensure consistent quality and a well-organised kitchen. Immediate start available with a paid trial.

Role includes ingredient prep, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, stock checks, and close collaboration with the team during service. Shifts Tue–Sat, 4 PM–11 PM, at S$15 per hour. Joining the kitchen means contributing to quality and timely orders.

• Reliability, punctuality and a cooperative approach to teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to our menu, recipes and presentation standards.
• Organise preparation and service to maintain consistent quality, portions and timely orders.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and follow food safety practices.
• Assist with stock checks and communicate ingredient requirements.
• Work closely with the team during service and closing.

Join the kitchen at Brooklyn Bar, a cocktail bar and restaurant on Ann Siang Road in Singapore's CBD. We are looking for an experienced part-time Chef / Cook who takes pride in consistent food and a well-organised kitchen. Immediate start available.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

• Location: 14 Ann Siang Road #01-01, Singapore 069694.
• Shift window: Tuesday to Saturday, 4 PM-11 PM. Working days and shifts can be discussed.
• Pay: S$15 per hour, including a one-day paid trial. Monthly earnings depend on agreed shifts and hours worked.
