Job summary

Bizhub Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced EV workshop technician to inspect, service, maintain, and repair electric vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

You will diagnose high‑voltage system issues, batteries, motors, and charging systems, while upholding EV safety standards and providing hands‑on guidance to workshop staff. You will help develop workshop capabilities and communicate repair results to customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in EV Automotive, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of EV/ hybrid vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, batteries, motors, inverters, and charging systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, maintain, and repair EVs according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose and fix high-voltage system problems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to workshop technicians.
• Help develop EV workshop capabilities, including equipment setup and work processes.
• Explain repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Workshop Manager or Management.

Diagnose and fix problems with high-voltage systems, batteries, electric motors, inverters, charging systems, and other EV components. Follow high-voltage safety procedures and ensure all work meets EV safety standards. Provide technical support and guidance to workshop technicians on EV repairs and safety practices. Help develop and improve EV workshop capabilities, including equipment setup and work processes. Explain repair results and maintenance recommendations to customers when needed. Perform any other duties assigned by the Workshop Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma in EV Automotive, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in EV or hybrid vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong hands-on experience with high-voltage systems, batteries, electric motors, inverters, and charging systems.
• Good knowledge of EV safety procedures and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
