Vantage Automotive Limited, part of Sime Group in Singapore, seeks a Foreman (PDI) to oversee daily Pre-Delivery Inspection operations and ensure new vehicles meet factory quality and safety standards before delivery.

You will lead PDI Assistants and vendors, plan capacity, monitor progress, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve on-time vehicle delivery and registration targets, while maintaining safety and workshop standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of automotive workshop experience with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong team leadership and workshop coordination skills.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise PDI Assistants and vendors to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Plan workshop capacity and monitor work-in-progress to meet vehicle registration/delivery timelines.
• Conduct in-progress and final vehicle quality checks.
• Investigate technical and product quality issues with relevant support teams.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
• Support new vehicle launches, press cars, test-drive vehicles and other ops needs.
