Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee workshop operations and drive profitability in Singapore. The role focuses on managing aftersales processes, parts, warranties, and audits, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive workshops, with EV specialization, bilingual communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. A Class 3 driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing automotive workshops.
• Experience in automotive aftersales service and workshop operations.
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Bilingual with good communication skills.
• Dynamic and result-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with experience implementing processes and standards.
• Experience handling Class 4 commercial vehicles is a plus.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the overall aftersales operations to achieve departmental profitability, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor and coordinate daily workshop activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee parts ordering, warranty claims and product-related issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure all aftersales standards, processes and procedures are properly implemented and comply with manufacturer's requirements.
• Coordinate and support manufacturer audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Maintain a strong and collaborative working relationship with the manufacturer to ensure effective communication and operational support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing feedback and handling customer complaints professionally.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance service quality, workshop productivity and overall business performance.
• Support the Aftersales Manager in achieving departmental business objectives and key performance indicators.
