Job summary

StarHub Ltd. seeks an experienced EUC Manager to lead end-user computing, workplace technology and service management across devices, BYOD, and related services. You will own the service lifecycle, define standards, KPIs and governance with internal teams and external vendors.

The role emphasizes automation, analytics and a secure, compliant endpoint estate. The ideal candidate will drive continual improvement, partner with Cybersecurity, HR and procurement, and deliver a seamless employee

Qualifications

7–10+ years of progressive experience in EUC, digital workplace or IT service management.
Experience managing enterprise endpoint estates across Windows and mobile environments.
Proven experience operating in an outsourced/multi-vendor model with SLA accountability.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end EUC service lifecycle for laptops, desktops, mobile devices and BYOD.
Define and maintain service standards for provisioning, deployment and secure disposal.
Establish KPIs, SLAs and dashboards for service health and employee experience.
Govern enterprise endpoint management platforms, including Intune-based management.
Lead vendor reviews and corrective-action plans; ensure accountability across providers.
Drive EUC transformation via automation, self-service and analytics.
