Job summary

NHG Health seeks an Analyst for the Office of Human Research Protection Programme (OHRPP) to provide top-tier administrative support and sustain a robust ethics review workflow. You will back the Manager in Domain-Specific Review Boards operations, ensuring rights and welfare of human research subjects are protected.

The role emphasizes policy management, coordination of reviews, data upkeep, and liaison with investigators and sponsors, contributing to continuous improvement in ethics processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science / Life Sciences / Nursing / Pharmacy / Health Sciences preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, research or related training (e.g. CITI and GCP) would be an advantage.
• Understanding of research ethics policies and local regulations.
• Strong analytical abilities with good organization and communication skills.
• Project management and data analytics skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating ethics guidelines, policies and SOPs.
• Perform secretariat duties for NHG REC when appointed.
• Ensure detailed meeting minutes documenting deliberations.
• Oversee timely processing of submissions and actions by the review boards.
• Serve as a reference for Investigators on DSRB policies and forms.
• Communicate with Sponsors, Investigators, review board members and regulators.
