Estimation Engineer

Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking an Estimation professional in Singapore to review tender documents, estimate costs for Civil, Building and Structural works, and collaborate with the estimation team to prepare comprehensive tender submissions.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree or diploma and at least 3 years of experience, with strong Excel and AutoCAD capabilities. Office software proficiency is essential, and knowledge of design is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years' working experience.
• Able to read drawings; ACAD skill and design experience will be added advantage.
• Strong MS Excel skills; proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• To review tender documents and extract relevant information for tender.
• To estimate costing for tender for Civil, Building and Structural work scope, including costing from supplier/subcontractor.
• To work with estimation team members and other departments on tender estimation.
• To support Estimation/Business Development to organize tenders and ancillary support when required.
• To report to Estimation Manager, and carry out any other works required.
• To support tender activities including all related documentation works e.g. prequalification document.

Job description

• To estimate for costing purpose for tender for Civil, Building and Structural work scope, including finding out cost and sourcing for supplier/ subcontractor.
• To work with other estimation team members and other department on tender estimation.
• To support estimation/ Business Development department to organize tenders and ancillary support when required.
• To report to Estimation Manager, and carry out any other works required.
• To support tender activities when required including all related documentation works e.g. prequalification document etc.
