E M SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Facilities Management professional to carry out estate inspections, identify defects, and supervise maintenance and improvement works. You will respond to residents/tenants’ inquiries, monitor contractor performance and manage arrears, while coordinating with grassroots leaders on upkeep tasks.

We welcome diploma holders and experienced non-diploma candidates, who are adaptable to dynamic workloads and comfortable working in high-pressure

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Diploma in Building Services/Facilities Management/Real Estate Business/Intelligent Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Non-Diploma holders are required to have at least 3 years experience in Facilities Management (minimally Nitec).
• Entry-level candidates with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply.
• Adaptable to dynamic workloads and effective in high-pressure situations.

Responsabilités

• Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
• Attend to residents/tenants' enquiries, monitor contractors' performance and manage arrear cases.
• Working with grassroot leaders on maintenance issues and to organize activities.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
