Qualifications

• Strong grammar, style and tone; accuracy and edge-case handling in labeling.
• Familiar with social-media platforms, short-form video, and content discovery.
• Experience driving QA, calibration, or inter-rater reliability across a team.
• Creative self-starter with the ability to work autonomously; data analysis basics.
• Proficiency using AI tools and writing prompts to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, label, and maintain high-quality ground truth datasets for content systems.
• Create guidelines and rubrics to enable scalable, consistent labeling.
• Run QA on labeled content, diagnose disagreements, and improve label quality.
• Apply editorial judgment to assess overall content quality and make tough calls.
