Job summary

Salt in Singapore is seeking a Content Specialist for a six-month contract. You will build and maintain ground truth datasets and guidelines, author rubrics, and run QA on labeling outputs to ensure accuracy.

You will translate insights from content quality data into concrete improvements, with strong editorial judgment guiding tone and style. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, designing scalable workflows, and writing basic prompts using AI tools to support content systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or content operations at a tech or social-media platform.
• Experience creating, applying, or auditing content guidelines, labeling schemes, or ground truth datasets.
• Strong editorial judgment with focus on grammar, style, and accuracy.

SALT Talent is looking for a Content Specialist in Singapore for a giant social media client for a 6 months contract role. This is a hands-on content quality role where you'll build and maintain the ground truth labels and datasets against, author and refine the guidelines

What will you be doing?

• Build, label, and maintain high-quality ground truth and golden datasets used to evaluate content systems and models, maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Author, iterate, and maintain clear content guidelines and rubrics that enable consistent review and labeling of content at scale, including handling ambiguous and edge cases.
• Run QA on labeled content and review outputs, diagnose disagreements and inconsistencies, and drive improvements to inter-rater reliability and overall label quality.
