Job summary

FUCHI PTE LTD is seeking an ERSS drafting/design engineer to prepare and revise ERSS design drawings, shop drawings and construction drawings for sheet piling and temporary works. You will coordinate with project, site, QAQC, and HSE teams to ensure practicality and constructibility, review as-built information, and support design engineers with calculations and submissions.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D/Revit a plus), and solid knowledge of

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Drafting or related discipline.
• 2–5 years’ experience in construction, temporary works, foundation or ERSS drafting/design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit or other design software is an advantage.
• Familiar with construction and structural drawings.
• Experience in sheet piling, strutting, deep excavation or temporary works is preferred.
• Good technical, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ERSS design drawings, shop drawings and construction drawings for sheet piling, soldier piles, strutting, walers, decking and excavation support systems.
• Develop and revise drawings based on project requirements, site conditions and engineer’s instructions.
• Coordinate with Project, Site, QAQC and HSE teams to ensure drawings are practical and constructible.
• Review existing drawings and incorporate site changes, revisions and as-built information.
• Assist Design Engineers with ERSS design calculations, technical submissions and temporary works proposals.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors on drawing requirements and technical matters.
• Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions and document control.
