Job summary

LSW CONSULTING ENGINEERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervision and inspection professional with 3 to 5 years of private project experience.

The role involves supervising bore piling, ERSS, earth retaining walls and precast works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. The incumbent will monitor structural material testing, review Method Statements, tests and drawings, and collaborate with Consultants, Clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of private project experience.
• Strong site supervision and inspection capabilities.
• Experience overseeing bore piling, ERSS, earth retaining walls and precast works with approved drawings, specifications, rules and regulations.
• Monitoring in structural materials testing and reviewing Method Statements, tests and drawings.
• Ability to work closely with Consultants, Clients and authorities and participate in progress and technical meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Attend site progress and technical meetings with stakeholders.
• Reply to RFAs/RFIs and maintain updated drawings, RFAs and RFIs, and site records.

Have work experience with private projects for 3 to 5 years

To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works to ensure the works are constructed to required quality and accuracy

Supervision & Inspection for bore piling, ERSS, earth retaining wall & precast work with approved dwg, specification, rule & regulation.

Monitoring in structural material test and checking Method Statements, tests and drawings

Work closely with Consultants, Client & authority and attend progress and technical meetings

Reply some RFA/RFI and Maintain updated drawings/RFA/ RFI, all site records
