Qualificações

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP implementation, system enhancement, or business systems analysis.
• Experience coordinating IT/ERP projects and collaborating with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain ERP and related business applications.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Design, coordinate, and implement system enhancements and change requests.
• Manage IT and business system projects from initiation through deployment.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, training and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues with vendors or internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
