Qualifications

• At least 3 years backend/full stack development experience.
• Strong foundation in software engineering and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Rails, or an equivalent backend framework.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, or AWS/Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration.
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services powering ERP systems.
• Develop microservices, serverless functions, and agentic applications for ERP domains.
• Collaborate on projects to deliver new ecommerce features and improve performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and resolve production incidents.
• Contribute to Sephora’s Ecommerce platform across multiple domains.
