Job summary

Ennovatez Group in Singapore is seeking an ERP Support Analyst to assist end-users with questions and issues related to the ERP system. You will track inquiries, triage problems, and provide guidance to users on how to use the software.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome. ERP experience is a plus; strong analytical and customer service skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP software will be an advantage.
• Able to analyse and solve problems effectively.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responds to end-users’ inquiries and requests for assistance on the ERP System.
• Tracks all enquiries and supporting issues and addresses Open issues promptly
• Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice & assistance to end-users
• Teaches end-users on the usage of Application Software
