Job summary

Singapore Public Service is seeking an ERP Call Support team member to handle day-to-day ERP customer interactions and provide accurate written responses to public inquiries. You will maintain SOPs, ISO docs, user manuals, and knowledge bases while monitoring performance metrics and generating management reports.

You will collaborate across teams to understand ERP policies and support continuous service improvements in a dynamic environment.

• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational documents, standard operating procedures, ISO documentation, user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base resources.
• Monitor, analyse, and maintain operational statistics and performance metrics.
• Prepare management reports and support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer experience.
• Support ERP operational activities and projects as assigned.
