Job summary

Beecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Planner in Singapore to join an established manufacturing organisation. The role focuses on planning and coordinating material requirements and production schedules using ERP, MRP and MES systems to support on-time delivery.

You will analyze customer demand, manage material availability, and collaborate across Planning, Purchasing, Production and Warehouse teams. Exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central, MES or Power BI is advantageous to drive

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline required.
• Around 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with ERP systems.
• Exposure to production planning, material planning, MRP, purchasing, supply chain or manufacturing operations would be advantageous.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, MES or Power BI would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working with data and coordinating across multiple operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer demand and translate requirements into material purchasing and production-loading plans.
• Plan and coordinate material requirements and production schedules using ERP, MRP and MES information.
• Manage changes and fluctuations in customer demand to ensure sufficient material availability and on-time delivery.
• Utilise Business Central MRP to support material and production planning activities.
• Monitor planning performance and processes using Power BI dashboards, Business Central ERP and Arcstone MES.
• Analyse ERP and MES data to identify customer and product demand trends and support planning decisions.
• Coordinate closely across Planning, Purchasing, Production and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational and material flow.
