Job summary

BEEX PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on procurement and production planning professional in Singapore to manage sourcing, ERP-related tasks, inventory, and production scheduling. You will lead a production team, drive supplier relations, and coordinate with engineering for new builds and repairs.

The role requires a proactive approach to stock control, timely deliveries, and continuous improvement of production workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP implementation or projects.
• Strong inventory and stock control knowledge.
• Proven production scheduling experience.
• People management and hiring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers, negotiate pricing and lead times.
• Drive ERP project to capture procurement/workflow needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet KPIs.
• Lead production team and conduct meetings.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring production staff.
• Coordinate with ME engineers on builds and timelines.
