Job summary

hudsonmanpower seeks an experienced ERP Officer to manage ERP entries for production, inventory and procurement, generate reports, and coordinate with departments to ensure data accuracy. The role supports process optimization and information management across the plant.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT / BBA / Engineering and ERP certification (SAP / Oracle). A minimum of 5 years of ERP experience in manufacturing is required, with strong data management and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• ERP certification mandatory (SAP / Oracle).
• Minimum 5 years of ERP experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP system entries for production, inventory, and procurement.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in ERP data.
• Support ERP implementation and updates.
• Provide guidance to users on ERP system usage.
• Maintain documentation and logs of ERP activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT and company policies.
