Job summary

UNION GAS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst in Singapore to provide day-to-day ERP and business application support.

The role covers procurement, sales, inventory, finance processes, and UAT testing, with coordination of vendors for issue resolution. You will also support Microsoft 365 apps, create Excel templates, and contribute to workflow automation initiatives. Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience supporting ERP software, business applications or enterprise systems.
• Understanding of core business processes (purchasing, sales, inventory, finance, order management).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Basic understanding of web apps, troubleshooting and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for ERP systems and other key business apps.
• Support day-to-day ERP operations; troubleshoot functional, data and app issues.
• Understand and support business processes including procurement, sales, inventory, finance.
• Assist in analyzing requirements and translating into system solutions.
• Support app configuration, upgrades, testing and UAT; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain documentation, user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support Microsoft 365 and productivity apps; assist with access and sharing issues.
• Develop Excel templates, reports and simple productivity solutions.
• Identify productivity improvements with Microsoft 365 tools and automation.
• Support web apps, integrations, automation and digitalisation projects.
• Investigate app errors, API/web service data exchange; coordinate with technical teams.
• Assist with automated workflows using Power Automate; explore AI tools to boost productivity.
• Participate in IT projects, testing, UAT and continuous improvement.
• Manage incidents and service requests; perform initial troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
