Job summary

Lucky Joint Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an ERP Admin/IT Support specialist to oversee the FNT ERP system, Digital Site Inspection and QA/QC applications. The role involves providing first and second level user support, managing access, and coordinating system changes.

You will maintain master data, prepare guides and dashboards, and train staff across departments. Strong English/Chinese communication and basic coding knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/IS or related field.
• Experience in ERP administration or application support preferred.
• Effective communication with users from multiple departments.
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• English and Chinese language skills required for coordination.
• Basic knowledge of coding, scripting, databases or APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the FNT System, ERP platform, Digital Site Inspection and QA/QC applications.
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level user support for login, navigation, workflow and configuration issues.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and security settings.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors till resolution, and monitor outstanding matters.
• Maintain ERP master data, forms, reports, workflows and change records.
• Prepare user guides, system docs, issue logs and training materials.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, UAT, and new feature rollouts.
• Generate reports and dashboards, assist in data extraction and reporting improvements.
