Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks a Manager/Deputy Manager, Enterprise Risk Management on a 1-year contract. You will play a key role in strengthening LTA's ERM capabilities by partnering with senior management and external stakeholders to identify, assess and manage risks that may impact objectives.

You will support governance framework enhancement, provide risk insights for decision-making and foster a proactive risk culture.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, internal audit, governance or related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with ability to translate complex info into practical insights
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for multi-level stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Support enhancement and implementation of LTA's ERM framework, policies and governance practices
• Advise line divisions on identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring of enterprise risks
• Review and refresh the corporate risk register and digital risk management platform
• Develop risk monitoring approaches, including KRIs, to strengthen risk oversight
• Analyze risk data to identify trends and interdependencies to inform decisions
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and risk committees
• Coordinate secretariat functions for risk governance meetings and follow-up actions
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support ERM initiatives
• Promote a proactive risk culture and accountability across the organisation
• Ensure risk reporting complies with policies and regulatory requirements
