Job summary

Kosy Living Pte.Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic showroom sales consultant with a passion for interior design. You will consult with walk-in customers, understand budgets and lifestyle needs, and translate them into design concepts and proposals.

You will prepare quotations, nurture leads, and drive projects to completion, building lasting client relationships. Weekend showroom availability is required, with a base salary plus commission and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in interior design, sales, marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience (renovation/design preferred).
• Strong interest in interior design, space planning, and home renovation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Able to work weekends and showroom hours.
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management
• Basic design sense and space understanding
• Problem-solving and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and showroom enquiries, providing professional consultation on interior design and renovation services.
• Understand customers' requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget to propose suitable design concepts and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic space planning (where applicable).
• Follow up on sales enquiries and leads to convert them into confirmed projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and referrals.
• Manage sales documentation, contracts, and customer records accurately.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
