DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a VP, Full Stack Engineering Lead for Equity Products and Execution to drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of a cloud-native, high-throughput equity platform across Cash Equities and Derivatives.

You will mentor squads, design reusable services, ensure low-latency data flows, integrate market data, and foster innovation using AI tools, with a strong emphasis on scalable, resilient software and collaboration with product and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in enterprise financial environments leading equity trading platforms.
• Hands-on mastery across Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS and Python.
• Experience migrating platforms to Kubernetes or OpenShift with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud-native, microservices-based architecture for equity platforms.
• Lead engineering squads, set coding standards and review patterns.
• Design low-latency equity transaction flows and real-time data paths.
• Integrate market data and analytics into the trade lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product owners and senior leadership on roadmaps.
