Qualifications

• 9+ years in enterprise financial environments or FinTechs
• Hands-on leadership of Agile squads on FX/FXD platforms
• Expertise across Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, Python

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and evolution of the FX/FXD execution ecosystem
• Lead, mentor, and align engineering squads on cloud-native architecture
• Design low-latency FX transaction flows and real-time market data distribution
• Oversee integration of pricing models, spot/forward curve builders, and analytics engines
• Champion CI/CD automation and modern software engineering practices
