Job summary

TD Securities Singapore's Application Support team provides follow-the-sun Level 2 production support for Capital Markets platforms, including Sophis and Murex. The role collaborates with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office to ensure trading workflows and production stability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Capital Markets production support, hands-on Sophis/SwapOne and/or Murex experience, and strong SQL/Linux skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Capital Markets production support experience.
• Hands-on with Sophis, SwapOne and/or Murex including front-to-back trade lifecycle management.
• Experience in Equity Derivatives, Cash Equities and FX trading.
• Strong SQL and Linux troubleshooting skills with Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for Capital Markets applications supporting Equity, FX, Risk, and End-of-Day processing.
• Monitor and support trade booking, pricing, market data, yield/rate curves, risk reporting, and VaR analysis.
• Troubleshoot Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell and scripting issues.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases per ITSM processes.
• Operate within a follow-the-sun global support model with shift-based coverage.
