Job summary

Goldman Sachs Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Equities Operations professional to lead front-to-back post-execution support for Equity Derivatives and Synthetic products across Asia. You will work with Trading, Sales, Structuring, and Engineering to enable business and manage risk.

You will drive operational strategy, oversee risk and surveillance, and mentor a high-performing team, delivering scalable controls and partnering with senior stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Equities Operations or related Markets Operations function within a global financial institution.
• Strong understanding of Equity Derivatives, Synthetic products, Cash Equities, Futures, Swaps, and lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of managing operational risk, control frameworks, and complex front-to-back processes.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong client orientation with experience partnering with Trading, Sales, and external clients.
• Bachelor's degree; relevant industry certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-to-back post-execution support framework for Equity Derivatives and Synthetic products across Asia.
• Act as a senior partner to Trading, Sales, Structuring, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams to drive enablement and risk mitigation.
• Provide oversight of daily risk and trading surveillance, lifecycle events, corporate actions, and complex client activity.
• Drive operational strategy and transformation initiatives to enhance scalability, automate processes, and improve controls.
• Lead the management and execution of new product launches, expansion initiatives, and regulatory change programs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational, client, and risk issues, delivering timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
