Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking an Associate Engineer in Equipment Engineering to support and optimize test operations, maintain equipment and process controls, and analyze performance trends. Training will be provided, and candidates with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift.

Qualifications

• Diploma in relevant engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize test operations in the module.
• Develop and implement test process controls and improvements.
• Coordinate with specialists to meet module objectives and SOPs.
• Design and operate test equipment and fixtures; ensure quality and low defects.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality problems and implement fixes.
• Create process files for test equipment for production setup.
• Maintain cleanroom safety and proper custody of tools and equipment.
