GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - FAB 3 is seeking an Associate Engineer in Equipment Engineering to support and optimize test operations.

You will maintain equipment and process controls, analyze performance trends, and drive improvements to ensure quality, reliability, and safety with comprehensive training provided. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering, plus the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and collaborate across

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering.
Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform shift duties (12-hour shift) to optimize and support Test Process operation in module to meet operation goals.
Develop and implement methods for test process control and improvements for production.
Coordinate with Specialists to ensure SOP compliance and efficiency.
Design and operate test equipment and fixtures to maintain quality and minimize defects.
Analyze reports to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with supplier reps on quality issues and drive corrective actions.
Create process job-files for test equipment for production setup.
Maintain housekeeping and safe custody of tools and equipment.
