Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking a Test Engineer to support and optimize Test Process operations on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will develop methods to improve production processes, coordinate with Specialists, and ensure SOPs are followed to maintain high quality and minimize defects.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years in test engineering or wafer-fab production, plus strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in test engineering or wafer-fab production.
Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform shift duties (12-hour shift) to optimize and support Test Process operation in module to meet operation goals.
Design and operate test equipment and fixtures, ensure quality and minimize defects.
Coordinate with Specialists to meet module objectives and follow SOPs.
Analyze reports to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain housekeeping and safety in the production area.
