Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking an Assoc Engineer, Process Engineering to support production in a 12-hour shift environment. You will assist engineers in qualifying and tuning processes, troubleshoot issues, and help meet module objectives while following SOPs.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred. A strong team player with safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering.

• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support Production module and ensure process integrity.
• Assist Engineers in qualification and fine-tuning of processes for production.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and minimize lot on hold time.
• Monitor and improve qualified processes using SPC and statistical tools.
• Coordinate with Specialists to ensure SOPs are followed and participate in process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with QA on internal audits and support QS9000-related activities.
