WEST PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Manager, Equipment to lead the equipment engineering function, ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant manufacturing assets in Singapore. The role oversees CapEx projects and equipment performance management.

The candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, EHS, and Finance, and lead a team of engineers to enhance reliability and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering relevant to equipment.
• Minimum 12 years in maintenance, plant fitout, or equipment engineering.
• At least 4 years in a leadership role and capex/maintenance program experience.
• Experience in GMP environments (pharma/medical devices) advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead equipment engineering team to deliver capex and technical programs.
• Develop and coach engineers to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive capability development and process improvements for engineering objectives.
• Lead reviews, installation, commissioning, and qualification activities with safety and regulatory adherence.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, RCA, and change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Engineering, Operations, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Monitor project performance: schedule, budget, milestones, resources, risks.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and audit-ready controls.
