Job summary

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in plant, equipment & facilities maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical engineering field.
• Fire Safety Manager certification is a plus; project management skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Department and manage all aspects of plant processing equipment.
• Conduct condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and address machine breakdowns.
• Enforce Health & Safety policies and supervise safety for contractors.
• Maintain equipment documentation and participate in plant expansion projects.
