Job summary

Job description

YOUR ROLE

As an Etch Equipment Engineer at ST Singapore, you will be responsible for:

• Systematic troubleshooting of equipment‑related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support equipment maintenance.
• Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide.
• Setup effective detection and monitoring system to prevent equipment excursion.
• Coordinate and drive new equipment hookup, startup and release.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (CIP) to achieve best‑in‑class quality and cost.
• Train and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers (AME) and Preventive Maintenance Technicians (PMT) in systematic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Work closely with process and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met.

Your Skills & Experiences

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in KLA SPTS OMEGA or AMEC TSV200 dry etching equipment.
• Experience in SPC, FDC, APC, DOE and yield analysis software is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong team player with good communication and documentation skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, dedication to assigned tasks, and ability to work diligently in a team‑oriented environment.
