YOUR ROLE
As an Etch Equipment Engineer at ST Singapore, you will be responsible for:
Systematic troubleshooting of equipment‑related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support equipment maintenance.
Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide.
Setup effective detection and monitoring system to prevent equipment excursion.
Coordinate and drive new equipment hookup, startup and release.
Drive continuous improvement projects (CIP) to achieve best‑in‑class quality and cost.
Train and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers (AME) and Preventive Maintenance Technicians (PMT) in systematic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Work closely with process and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met.
Your Skills & Experiences
Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in KLA SPTS OMEGA or AMEC TSV200 dry etching equipment.
Experience in SPC, FDC, APC, DOE and yield analysis software is an advantage.
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
