• Own and supportetch equipment performance, process stability, and manufacturabilityin a high-volume production environment.
  
• Lead technical troubleshooting efforts forprocess excursions, equipment drift, chamber instability, profile deviation, contamination, and yield detractors.
  
• Supportprocess tuning, chamber matching, recipe optimization, and equipment qualificationfor advanced etch processes.
  
• Driveroot cause analysisand implement sustainable corrective actions to improvetool availability, process capability, product quality, and yield.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successfultechnology transfer, tool readiness, and process ramp-up.
  
• Monitor and improve key equipment and process metrics usingSPC, DOE, and statistical data analysis.
