Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Proficient with PM tools like JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, TPM, TDR, and MS Office.
• PMP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution with scope definition, planning, scheduling, and delivery.
• Collaborate with factory teams, end users, and stakeholders to define requirements and milestones.
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and cost performance to ensure efficient delivery.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans through structured problem solving.
• Provide regular status updates and executive presentations to stakeholders.
• Support equipment enhancements and post-deployment improvements for ongoing success.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to PM processes and documentation standards.
