Job summary

Temus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Epic Specialist to advise on strategic design, implementation, and optimization of Epic & health IT solutions for clients in both private and public sectors.

You will oversee testing, troubleshoot issues, and drive workflow redesign and change-management activities to maximise value from EMR investments, ensuring compliance and data integrity across configurations and IT processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• At least 1 active Epic certification in a listed module.
• Desirable prior Epic module implementation and optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and advise on Epic & health IT solutions implementation and optimization.
• Provide oversight on testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
• Facilitate workflow redesign sessions and drive change management activities.
• Identify Epic system enhancements by assessing usage, data analytics, and user feedback.
• Assess Epic configurations and IT operational processes for compliance, security, and data integrity.
• Utilise Epic data and analytics to develop actionable insights and track value from EMR investments.
• Manage specific workstreams within client engagements.
• Build stakeholder relationships at project level.
• Contribute to knowledge base with Epic advancements and Singapore healthcare trends.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders to resolve system-related concerns.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with Epic system updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Leverage project management skills across Epic transformations and other initiatives in Singapore market.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse client needs and advise on the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of Epic & health IT solutions
• Provide oversight on testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities
• Facilitate workflow redesign sessions and drive key change management activities
• Identify and recommend Epic system enhancements and optimization opportunities by assessing current state usage, data analytics, and user feedback to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience
• Assess Epic configurations and IT operational processes for compliance, security, and data integrity, contributing to risk mitigation plans and recommending improvements
• Utilize Epic data and analytics to develop actionable insights, identify performance improvement areas, and support clients in tracking progress towards achieving value from their EMR investment
• Manage specific workstreams within client engagements
• Build strong stakeholder relationships at the project level
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by staying current with Epic advancements and relevant Singaporean healthcare trends
• Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to address and resolve system-related concerns.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
• Stay current with Epic system updates, industry trends, and best practices
• Leverage core project management skills and best practices across a diverse range of client engagements, including both Epic-specific transformations and other strategic initiatives within the Singapore market

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 1 active Epic certification in either of the following modules: Ambulatory/ Clarity/ Grand Central/ Healthy Planet/ Radiant/ MyChart/ Prelude/ Willow etc.
• Prior exposure within any Epic module implementation and optimization is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (including business users, vendors, and team members).
