Job summary

Temus is seeking an Epic Systems Specialist to lead design, configuration, and optimization of Epic platforms within our Singapore operations. You will design modules, implement solutions, and ensure system performance while collaborating with business users and vendors.

The role requires active Epic certification and experience with Epic implementations. You will contribute to documentation, testing, and ongoing support while staying current with Epic updates and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification for at least 2 years.
• Experience with Epic module implementation or optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is a plus depending on Epic certification/specialty.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic system.
• Design and configure the Epic modules and applications based on organizational requirements.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and updates.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.
• Provide support in Epic implementation and upgrade projects, including execution.
• Manage system change requests and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of changes.
• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitoring of system performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that processes and systems are compliant to all policies and regulations.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard patient and organizational data.
• Propose and implement enhancements to improve system functionality and user satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to address and resolve system-related concerns.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with Epic system updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Possess active Epic certification for 2+ years
• Prior exposure to Epic module implementation or optimization
• Nice to have depending on Epic certification/specialty area: proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (including business users, vendors, and team members).
