They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a EHS Lead (Pulau Bukom), who is the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring smooth designing and implementation of improvised EHS Management processes for complex customer projects in Singapore and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Group EHS Head, and this position will be focusing on the below:

• Directly lead a very large team focused on managing end to end Environmental Health & Safety activities onsite assigned customers' premises, to make happen successful optimization of utilization of manufacturing and construction equipment, systems, and resources to meet changing demands onsite.
• Acquired hands‑on technical knowledge specific to ensuring smooth construction and scaffolding management, including that of ascertaining safe insulation removal etc. for critical infrastructure/ facilities.
• Spearhead risk management programs, including that of analyzing safety observations so as to mitigate critical operational risks onsite.
• Subject matter expert to spearhead the strategic EHS process improvement by working closely with Quality and Engineering teams.
• Strategize and develop improved processes by means of conducting strategic Root Cause Analysis by means of introducing an efficient Operations Excellence methodology.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7-8 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Operations Management or related International Engineering and/or Business Management experiences in a complex and mission critical infrastructure management environment.
• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex and matrix organizational framework.
• Excellent hands‑on experience and knowledge in driving Operations Excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to regional/ global stakeholders involved.
• Good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
