Job summary

Eurofins Mechem is seeking a senior professional to lead compliance, quality assurance, and laboratory operations. You will oversee testing workflows, staff supervision, and strategic planning to drive operational excellence in the lab environment.

The role requires an eight-year track record in chemistry-related labs, SAC-SINGLAS/ISO/IEC 17025 expertise, and strong leadership and auditing skills to ensure high-quality results for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in chemistry or related field with 8+ years lab experience.
• Experience with method-related tasks.
• SAC-SINGLAS/ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge and quality systems.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Auditing and CAPA management experience.
• Ability to multitask and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Oversee daily laboratory operations and testing workflows.
• Supervise staff and coordinate training and development.
• Lead strategic planning to improve lab performance.
• Engage with clients and manage stakeholder communications.
