Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior Site Engineer to assist planning, coordination, and supervision of site activities for infrastructure and construction projects. You will work with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure works are carried out safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or related field; no experience required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or related field.
No experience required for this junior role.
Basic understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site operations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring daily construction activities and site progress.
Supervise workers and subcontractors for compliance with drawings, method statements, quality, safety.
Conduct site inspections and report defects or issues.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare method statements, work schedules, inspection records, and progress reports.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.
Review drawings and coordinate to resolve discrepancies.
Support testing, inspections, handover, and rectification of outstanding works.
