Job summary

You will monitor safety compliance, manage resources, and document progress, measurements, and site records. The ideal candidate has a civil engineering qualification and 2–5 years in site engineering, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction/site engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and quality standards.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress to management.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Measure work quantities and verify contractor bills.
• Maintain site documentation, reports, and records.
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
