CMT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Planner/Coordinator to assist planning and coordinating construction site activities for efficient project execution.

You will oversee daily operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and manage project documentation to support timely, compliant delivery. The role requires independence with minimal supervision, strong teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 3–4 years of related experience is preferable.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate site activities to optimize project workflow and meet deadlines

• Conduct site inspections to enforce quality standards and maintain accurate inspection records
• Prepare and update project documentation including progress reports, site reports, method statements, and risk management records
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, supervisors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth site operations
• Request and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for project materials and services
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project needs
