Job summary

GTS Consulting is seeking a proactive recruiter to join our growing team in Singapore. You will create postings, source candidates, and guide new members through onboarding. This role emphasizes relationship-building with clients and candidates and you will travel to client offices as needed.

We value a service-oriented attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment. Weekend work may be required with rest days arranged around operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish job postings on social media and other recruitment channels.
• Source and engage candidates, members and clients through calls, networking and referrals.
• Guide new members through registration, payments, benefits and onboarding.
• Understand clients' staffing needs and requirements.
• Match candidates to opportunities using our matching system.
• Interview and assess candidates for job responsibilities and salary expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Follow up to ensure a smooth recruitment and placement process.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
