Job summary

Singapore Shipping Line Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive coordinator to support day-to-day export operations, working both in the office and the warehouse. You will prepare packing lists, invoices and AWBs, and ensure smooth export workflows.

Coordinate with Customer Service and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements, and assist with packing/moving cargo as needed while handling customs permits. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
• Willingness to handle shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete day to day operations work, ensuring all export shipments are smooth.
• Co-ordinate with Customer Service and warehouse team to fulfill customers requirements.
• Prepare full set of shipping documentations such as packing list, invoices and execute AWB.
• Packing and moving of cargoes when required.
• Declare and apply custom permit related documents.
