Job summary

ACS Freight Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Operations Assistant to support day-to-day logistics tasks and inventory control.

You will split time between office and warehouse, coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams, and prepare shipping documents to fulfill client requirements.

Ideal candidates are meticulous, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and a good team player with hands-on problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Entry level, fresh graduates are welcome
• Working hours : Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Hands-on and have problem-solving approach
• Meticulous and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Complete day to day operations work, ensuring accurate inventory level as per stocklist
• 50% Office, 50% Warehouse
• Co-ordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse team to fulfill Customers requirements
• Prepare Shipping Documents as required by clients
• Packing/Unpacking and moving of cargoes when required.
